    Oh the beautiful crema!

    I've always been a dark roast fan, be it coffee or espresso. This one is spot on for both. Picked up a bag at a local market, as I work my way through as many Oregon roasters as I can. So far, this is my favorite. Watching it flow out of my bottomless portafilter is a sight to behold. Going to order a bag of this and your Espresso blend and see which will be my favorite.
